Spreading the Message of Physical and Mental Health Within the Boston Community
Waltham, MA, 03/01/2022 — StemExpress is proud to attend the upcoming Health and Wellness Spring 2022 Show in Waltham, MA on Sunday, April 3rd from 10am – 3pm EST, at the Waltham Westin Hotel. This event aims to bring community members and local businesses together in an effort to promote wellness, happiness and overall health. Attendees will have valuable access to expert advice in self-care – including meditation and relaxation, whole body health, nutrition and healthy eating, and exercise guidance and techniques. During the event, StemExpress will offer health-minded individuals an opportunity to take part in life-saving medical research. We will be educating new donors on the scientific benefits of their blood or bone marrow donations and offering incentives for participation in the donor screening process.
StemExpress works closely with biomedical researchers around the world to help advance life-saving medical research. Blood and bone marrow donations made with StemExpress are key to advancing the discovery of treatments and cures for significant diseases, including Heart disease, Leukemia, Alzheimer’s, Diabetes, and many more. Donors are encouraged to take part in this research and are compensated for their time and effort.
StemExpress is excited to attend the Health and Wellness Spring 2022 Show to help members of the community bring forth a happy and healthy future for themselves and others. New on-site donor applicants will receive a “Proud Blood Donor” t-shirt to wear with pride and will receive a $25 visa gift card upon completion of their first donor screening appointment at their local StemExpress collection center. Once donors are matched with a research project, they have the opportunity to earn up to $1000 for their donation (depending on eligibility).
